Everything you need to know before you book

Find answers to our most common questions below, or get in touch and we'll help you choose the right training.

  • How do I book a course?

Fill in our booking enquiry form with your details, the course you need, and your preferred dates. We’ll confirm availability and next steps by email.

  • Which course do I need?

The right course depends on who you need to provide first aid for, your working environment and any specific requirements you need to meet.

For example, Emergency First Aid at Work is a one-day course for many lower-risk workplaces, while First Aid at Work is a more comprehensive three-day qualification. If you work with children, you may need Paediatric First Aid or Emergency Paediatric First Aid, depending on your role and requirements.

If you're unsure, don't worry, you don't need to know the exact course before contacting us. Tell us a little about your workplace or situation, and we'll help you find the most suitable training.

  • Do you offer discounts for group or multiple bookings?

Yes, and these can be combined. If training takes place at your own premises, you’ll save £15 per person. For group bookings of 8 or more, there’s an additional £10 per person discount. So a group of 8 or more trained at their own premises would save £25 per person in total. Get in touch with your group size and venue preference and we’ll confirm the details.

  • Can you deliver training at our workplace?

Yes. We can deliver training at your workplace or arrange a suitable venue, with options available across the UK. On-site training can make it easier to organise your team's training together. Tell us your location, group size and the course you're considering, and we'll help you plan the next steps.

  • What’s the difference between in-person, online and blended courses?

In-person courses are fully hands-on and delivered face to face. Online courses are delivered remotely. Blended courses combine online theory with an in-person practical session, so you get the flexibility of self-paced learning alongside hands-on skills practice.

  • Are your courses accredited?

Our courses include Ofqual-regulated qualifications and QualSafe-registered training. The qualification or certificate available depends on the course you choose. If you need training to meet a particular workplace requirement, contact us and we'll help you identify the appropriate option.

  • What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

You can reschedule your course up to 7 days before it’s due to take place, and cancel with at least 14 working days notice. Outside of these windows, the course balance is non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances. If something comes up, get in touch as soon as you can, we’re happy to discuss it.

  • Can I book a course as an individual?

Absolutely! You don't need to be booking on behalf of a business to access our training. If you're looking to gain a first aid qualification for work, volunteering, personal development or your own peace of mind, we can help you find the right course.

Get in touch to discuss what you're looking for, and we'll help you explore the most suitable training options and upcoming availability.
